Tien Dai Thu is an ancient-tree Shan Tuyet white tea in Anne’s Maison’s tea selection.

The portfolio describes tea trees over 400 years old growing at an altitude of 2,400 metres, with a one-bud picking standard.

Suggested water temperature: 97°C. The leaves can be infused repeatedly, with 12–15 infusions indicated in the portfolio.
